1. What about sites where the username and password are not on the same page?
Answer: As long as the link does not change between entering the username and password, you can use MyGlue to enter username then the password.
2. What if MyGlue icon is NOT shown in the password field?
Answer:
Some sites the MyGlue icon does not show in the password field but if you click in the field where the MyGlue should be, it will show the option to create or select a password.
Example: Email Archive site.
Note: The email archive site is one where it has the username(email) and password on different pages as well.
There are some sites where the MyGlue Extension will not work. For those sites, you can create and save your login information but you will need to click on the MyGlue Extension icon in the upper right of the page, search for the login, use the copy option and then paste in the username and/or password.
Example:
A. Click the MyGlue icon
B. Type the first few letters of your name for the password, then select the one wanted.
C. Use the copy buttons or show password button as needed.
3. How resolve sites with extra fields besides username and password, or when username and/or password goes in the wrong field.
Click on the Filled in wrong field pop up message
Click Learn
Click the correct field as asked in the pop up message, in this case, it is the username field
Note: Sometimes the username field on the login screen may be something different like Login or Id.
You may need to repeat the process for the password field if needed. Otherwise, when done saving the changes,
you will get the “Password updated”
4. Know sites where you have to use MyGlue copy rather than click the MyGlue icon to enter the username and password. For these sites, you may see the MyGlue icon in the password field or not at all.
