Non exempt employees that have completed their Introductory Period will be allowed to be paid for serving on jury duty as follows:
OCU will reimburse the difference between the jury pay and the employee's regular pay, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day, for a maximum of ten (10) business days.
Though OCU will only contribute financially for ten (10) business days, employees will be allowed to serve longer without differential pay from OCU.
Employees must notify their manager within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the jury summons.
