Business Account Linked Party Types Definition List 

AS – Authorized Signer: This would be any individual that is allowed to transact on the account.

COI – Account Controller: This would be a signer who is also the business owner.

UBO – Beneficial Owner: This would be any individual who has 25% or more ownership in the company.  This designation does not mean they have transaction authority.  They would also need to be listed as an Authorized Signer/AS or Account Controller/COI.
