What are the Business Account Authority Definitions?

AS - Authorized Signer:  This would be any individual that is allowed to transact on the account.

COI - Account Controller:  This would be a signer who is also the business owner.

UBO - Beneficial Owner:  This would be any individual who has 25% or more ownership in the company.  

*This designation does not mean they have transaction authority.  They would also need to be listed as an Authorized Signer/AS or Account Controller/COI.

DBA - Doing Business As:  This would be an individual or company who is operating under a different name than their legal name.  It’s often used by sole proprietors or businesses to use a brand name without forming a new legal entity.
