You are unable to set up automatic mortgage payments yourself. For first mortgages (MC or FICS) Caroline must set them up.

You will use the Mortgage Auto Pay Agreement found on SharePoint/Mortgage. This form does require a voided check or similar from the member if we are setting up the payment from an external account. If wanting an internal transfer, no voided check is needed.  

Once you have the form signed, submit a “Mortgage Services” back office task and our Mortgage Servicer will set up the payment.
