Our highest priority to ensure members personal information is protected. We have implemented enhanced password protections as part of that effort, including two-factor authentication. We encourage members to make sure their password complies with the information below to ensure their records are secure, safe and accessible when they need them.
Password Complexity:
- Between 8-32 characters.
- Must contain at least one upper-case letter.
- Must contain at least one lower-case letter.
- Must contain at least one number or special character
- Special characters include ! # $ % _ -
Password CANNOT contain:
- These special characters @ . * +
- Cannot contain your first or last name
- Cannot match the Login ID or contain the Login ID within
- Cannot contain the word “password”
If your password does not meet the above criteria, the member will be prompted to update their password. Members cannot update their password using our mobile app. They must login directly to our website in order to update a password.
As a reminder, experts recommend that members periodically change the passwords used to access websites multiple times a year. Going forward, members will now be required to update their password on at least an annual basis.
