Do we need to do anything with OLB when an account has been compromised?

Yes. When a member's account has been compromised, we must un-enroll them from online banking.

Sign into Admin Console and complete the following-

  • Click “Unenroll Member” and enter in the reason for un-enrolling.
  • Hover over the dropdown for “Profile Sections”
  • Select “Access Devices”
  • Make sure to select “Forget Device” on all saved devices and browsers. 

Even though it's not likely that the fraudster would still be able to get into the new online banking, we don't want to risk them gaining access by the system not requiring an OTP to login to the new account.
