The codes can be found under the account record by selecting Demographics > CU Acct Data >Current Mobile Dep Limit.
Look to the Mobile Deposit field to find their current assigned level. The member can still use mobile deposit without this rating, they would be held to the $2,500 maximum default amount.
Business accounts (6,7) need to be reviewed, approved, and updated by a Branch Manager.
These are the deciding factors:
- Length of membership
- Average Balance
- Low Balance last 30 days
- CD balance
- Mortgage Balance
- Number of Deposits made last 30
- Amount of Deposits made last 30
