Please use the Vault Balance Sheet, found on sharepoint forms, going forward. Category: Forms > Vault Balance sheet

You will note that it requires 2 signatures of the individuals that counted the vault in dual control. Do not make changes without prior approval as that appears to be how the two signatures were deleted from various branch examples we recently picked up.
