What are the procedures for processing credit card fraud?

If the member has fraud on their credit card they will need to contact our credit card processor.

You will want to take the member to the kiosk in the lobby and dial extension 7970.  This will connect them directly to customer support.  If the member does not have time to call while in branch we need direct them to contact customer support at 1-844-596-1191.
