If the ATM cash is out of balance:

1. If the ATM is over, the cash will need to go into an MSR’s drawer -this will make their cash drawer off the same amount. If the ATM is short, the cash will need to be taken from an MSR’s drawer to balance the ATM - this will make their cash drawer off the same amount.

2. Put that amount in the over/short with the appropriate description.

3. Submit a task to "Back Office - Other" with the amount of the discrepancy.
