After review of some of the notes on the system it was found that a much broader use of the EMS notes being used than is appropriate. The EMS designation is specific to the back office operations and should be limited to that group.

All branch or Member Service center notes should be referenced under the Last Contact comment type.

We will be coming out with more details on both notes and flags with guidelines for their appropriate use and format.
