This will depend on whether or not the payee accepts electronic payments. 

When setting up your payment and the payment amount is entered, Bill Pay automatically displays the earliest date the biller will receive the payment. You can accept this date or change it. If there is not sufficient time to submit the payment to your payee by the due date, an alternative method may need to be arranged.
