Bill Pay (Payrailz)-Can a member cancel their bill payment?

For electronic payments, the member can cancel a payment up until the payment cutoff time on the day the payment is scheduled to send. 
 
OCU's payment cutoff time is 2:30pm. Currently, there are no options for an OCU Rep to cancel electronic payments on behalf of the member, the member has to cancel it within the Bill Pay application in online banking.
 
 
For check payments, these are sent out on the business day following the date they are scheduled and are drawn directly off the member's account as if the member had written the check themselves. Check payments will take 5-7 calendar days to arrive via USPS and will clear when the recipient deposits the checks for clearing.
 
A stop payment can be placed by an OCU rep on check payments using our normal stop payment check procedures in CUnify. The check number can be found in the Payrailz Ontrac System-see a lead or manager to assist you with locating this number.
