Bill Pay (Payrailz)- What does a member need to add an eBill?

In order to add an eBill for a Biller, the member needs to already have an online profile with the biller they want to add an eBill for.  

Typically, this is a username and password as well as one type of MFA (multi-factor authentication).  

The member’s ability to log in and connect to the Biller is based on their relationship with the biller.
