Since Payrailz uses a Good Funds model, Payrailz does not send any payments unless they get an Authorized response from OCU's core-direct file. 

This means that insufficient funds will not be debited, and no payment will be sent. 

Accounts are only debited for payments that are processed. If an ACH payment is returned, the member’s account will be credited.
