The eBills are monitored for Internal Errors on a daily basis. If it is detected that there are Internal Failures/Errors for any eBiller, the error is resolved within 48 hours in most cases.
If Payrailz is experiencing mass connectivity issues with a provider that cannot be resolved within 24 -48 hours, they will communicate this directly to Oregonians via email giving the heads up that the provider is experiencing mass connectivity issues and an estimated time of resolution.
