1. Go into the member's account in Payrailz using either their first and last name
2. Click on the member that populates at the bottom of the screen
3. To see any “scheduled” or “recurring” payments, click on “Scheduled Transactions”. All recurring payments will reflect in this field.
4. To see all payment history, click on “Transaction History”.
5. You can click on any of the items displayed to expand the selection and get more information.

Not all staff members have access to Payrailz. If you do not have access, please ask your manager to research issues in Payrailz for you.
