Yes and no. A paid off letter will be sent and a check with the remaining escrow funds (if applicable). Other than that, they will not receive anything from OCU or the county.
What about the Deed?
Deeds are held by the county. A copy of the deed is received at the closing when they purchased their home. If a member wants another copy, they will need to contact their county's offices.
