How to view and navigate the MSC Call Que

  • Open Mitel and select the "Workgroups" Tab on the left-hand side:
  • It will bring up the MSC Que on the right-hand side. You should now be able to see how many calls are currently in the que and the longest wait time. (you may need to select "Show Workgroup Details" on the top right if it doesn't populate.
  • You will then want to make sure that you log into the queue by selecting "Log In" on the bottom left corner.*Please only use this when you are in the MSC Rotation. You should be logged in anytime you are taking calls. If you have to walk away from your desk, go to breaks or lunches, please log out of the que

        *If you are in the MSC Rotation please note that you need to email the Engagement Branch when you are leaving for breaks and lunches

  • To answer the call, click on the Green Phone Icon. See Mitel Instructions in SASI for how to hold, transfer, etc.
  • MSC Phones Turn On:
    • Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
