1. Online transfer

•     Have member go into their online banking and make a transfer of at least $1.00 from checking to savings.

2. Eltropy Text Verification (if you have access to Eltropy)

• Pull up Eltropy and create a new message
• Make sure you are using an existing mobile number on the member's account
• Select Verify Customer- it will them send a code to the member that they will read back to you verbally. Input the number into the box and it should let you know that they are verified.
