1.  Online Transfer

• Have member sign into their online banking and make a transfer of at least $1.00 from checking to shares or vice versa.

2.  Message through Zendesk

• Have the member sign into online banking.  They can click on 'menu' on the top right.
• Scroll down until they see 'Message Us'.  Click in there, and send us a message.
• You can then sign into Zendesk, confirm the message went through.
