What is the Zendesk Wire Request Limit?
Members may request an outgoing wire through Online Banking (Zendesk) for amounts up to $25,000.00.
If a member requests an outgoing wire exceeding $25,000.00 through Online Banking (Zendesk), they must visit a branch to complete the request. Applicable wire fees will apply.
***Important***
Wire transfers exceeding $25,000.00 are required to be processed in person at a branch. The exception is to a title company to close on a home. The funds must benefit the member if the wire is over the $25,000.00 limit. The member must fill out the wire form in online banking and provide the wiring instructions from the title company. We do not process wires in-branch or over the phone for auto purchases. For these transactions, the member must visit a branch to obtain a check payable to the dealership or private party.
