For a member to successfully reset their password they will need to go through the following steps:

1.On the home screen, click the link for Forgot Password

2. Enter the Membership Number and User ID

3. The individual must enter the full Social Security Number (SSN) and full Date of Birth and click Next.

4. Next, the member will select how they wish to receive a OTP (one time password)

5. The member will then input the OTP they received and continue on.

6. The member will then input their new password, confirm it and hit Next. If successful the member will be directed to login with their new password.
