The online banking system will log members out after 10 minutes of inactivity as a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to their account. 

Activity is counted by switching between pages or refreshing the page. Scrolling up and down on the same page does not count as activity for security purposes. 

If a member is using a Windows PC or laptop, they can click F5 to refresh the page which will reload the page and count as activity. Press the ""Retry"" button to complete the refresh of the page.
