Cannot view newly added share/checking in online banking?

When a member has already established an online banking profile, they may not be able to view new shares that we've added. Sometimes the member can automatically view the share after a day, sometimes the member cannot view the share at all. If you've waited 24 hours and the member still cannot view it, you will need to un-enroll and re-enroll them in OLB. They can re-register with the same username and password they used previously if they want.
