Domestic Travel:  The members are not required to notify us but if it is mentioned in conversation.

1. Place a flag on the members account with the state(s) they will be visiting and the dates they will be traveling.
2. Set expiration date on Flag for the day after the members will be returning to Oregon.
3. Verify that the members Cell (mobile) number is listed under Alt Communication in CUnify.  

4. Have conversation with member in regards to Text messages being sent to them for possible fraud.  Let them know that the card system will see “NON TYPICAL” transaction use and flag it as needing verification from the member.  If they do not reply then the card may be shut down for their protection.
