What are the procedures for a stop payment on a check?

To place a stop payment on a check, you will need to fill out and have the member sign the "Stop Payment Order" form located on CUnify under account documents. You will also need to let the member know that there is a $20 fee to place a stop payment. 

Once the form has been filled out and signed, you will give it to your lead or manager place the stop payment on the account. They will take care of the stop payment fee at the time they place the stop pay.
