How to Redeem a standard Certificate of Deposit-

1. Go into the membership in CUnify.
2. Go to Member Services/Users/Redeem Certificate
3. Select the certificate number you want to redeem. 
4. This screen should pop up once you select it:

*It's important to note that you MUST select “Account Close” when you are redeeming a CD. If you do not, CUnify will only “restrict” the CD instead of “close” it. Your name will appear on a weekly report if it is closed incorrectly and you will be asked to fix it.
