When securely logged in to Online Banking or the Mobile App, navigate to the ‘Move Money’ tab.  Then, select the Bill Pay (Payrailz) option that allows you to pay bills and make external transfers.  From there, select ‘Make a Transfer'.  This allows you to link your OCU account to an account at another financial institution, and transfer funds to and from that account as needed.

There is no fee for this type of transfer.
