Bill Pay- Email Alerts and Text Message Alerts

How to change from Email to SMS Alerts in Bill Pay. 

Here are the steps below: 

  • The member will need to log in to their account
  • Select Payments—Select Bill Pay
  • Next select the three dots 

  • Select Settings
  • Select Pay Bills

  • Then they will want to change the “Send To” from email to phone number or from phone number to email
  • Check the When payment sent receive alert when payment is sent 

  • Up at the top hit the green Proceed button and the changes will be saved
