How to change from Email to SMS Alerts in Bill Pay.
Here are the steps below:
- The member will need to log in to their account
- Select Payments—Select Bill Pay
- Next select the three dots

- Select Settings
- Select Pay Bills

- Then they will want to change the “Send To” from email to phone number or from phone number to email
- Check the When payment sent receive alert when payment is sent

- Up at the top hit the green Proceed button and the changes will be saved
