Yes, members have access to summary level data of their bill (minimum amount due, balance, due date) as well as access to a PDF version of their bill. 

Payrailz electronic biller database contains approximately 17,000 billers. Full detail eBill PDF’s are currently available for approximately 1,000 billers. 

In addition, eBill summary data is also available for another 14,000 billers. eBills are accumulated and stored for up to 18 months.
