For electronic payments processed via ACH, the member can cancel a payment up until the payment cutoff time, typically 5 p.m. local time, on the day the payment is scheduled to send. 

For P2P RealTime payments, the transfer cannot be canceled. 

Additioanlly, an OCU rep can cancel payments on behalf of the sender by utilizing the “Transact on Behalf” feature if  the member consents.
