Bill Pay (Payrailz)- If a member has a default memo set for a biller, can they change it for one single payment?

Yes. A member can change the default memo on the payment card and that memo will only be sent with that payment only. 

Future payments to that biller will revert to the default memo set at the biller level. 

If the member wants to change the default memo to be used for all payments going forward, they need to make the change in the Manage/Update Biller page.
