Bill Pay (Payrailz)- What are the reasons that a member may not be seeing a PDF of their actual billing statement?

Sometimes the biller does not have PDF statements available, or the statement is delayed by a day or two.

Also, some credit card providers will not generate a PDF of the billing statement if there is a zero balance on the account or no amount due.
