The member's AutoPay may not be made for the following reasons:
- Payrailz did not receive a new ebill. The member will be sent an email notifying them that Payrailz has not received the member's ebill, so no payment has been scheduled.
- The member has chosen a Custom Rule to not have their payment made if their AutoPay payment amount would be higher than their chosen amount. The member will be sent an email notifying them that their payment will not be made.
- The amount of the member's payment would be $0.00
