Can we call Payrailz?

There is no phone number available for either employees or members to call regarding bill pay questions or issues. If a member has a problem with a Bill Payment, send an email to Samantha and Brittani and we can submit a ticket for Payrailz to look into. Typically, we are given a response within 24 hours. Please include as much detail as possible, and screenshots are extremely helpful if we can obtain them.
