Yes - we can complete an address change over the phone.

To confirm the member's identity, we request to either have the member do an Online Transfer of $1.00 or Message through Zendesk.  Please refer to the detailed Phone Verification Methods procedure in SASI or on SharePoint under the Training Tab > Documents > MSC Quick Reference Guide > 01. How to Verify Identity.

Note:  An Address Change Form is still required to be filled out and and scanned into Laserfiche.
