Ops Update – Out of Office or Vacation Cash Drawer Count out

Effective 12/11/15, we will perform a dual cash drawer count of any staff member’s drawer who will be out of the office for 3 days or more. If the cash box is transferred to another staff member or otherwise accessed during the original staff member’s absence, a dual cash count will be performed upon their return to ensure adequate controls are followed prior to single custody of the cash being assumed by the returning staff member.
