How to add an existing membership in OLB?

If you have multiple memberships, you can link them all by the click of a button!

This is a common workaround for members who open new memberships after they have already enrolled a previously existing membership. These members will have to follow these instructions to view the new membership online.

When a member enrolls one membership but wants to link all of their memberships under one login, there's an easy way for a member to manually link all of their accounts. This also applies to Businesses, Trusts, and Estate Accounts.

From the website/browser: 

  1. Sign into online banking
  2. Click on “Accounts” on the left-hand side.
  3. Towards the middle of the screen, click on “Add Membership”
  4.  Enter the membership number you want to add.
  5. They should now be able to see both memberships.

From the mobile app:

  1.  Sign into the mobile app
  2. Click on “Digital Banking Settings”
  3. Click on the tab that says “Membership Settings”
  4. Click on + Add an Existing Membership
  5. Enter in the membership number you want to add
  6. They should now be able to see both memberships
