If you have multiple memberships, you can link them all by the click of a button!
This is a common workaround for members who open new memberships after they have already enrolled a previously existing membership. These members will have to follow these instructions to view the new membership online.
When a member enrolls one membership but wants to link all of their memberships under one login, there's an easy way for a member to manually link all of their accounts. This also applies to Businesses, Trusts, and Estate Accounts.
From the website/browser:
- Sign into online banking
- Click on “Accounts” on the left-hand side.
- Towards the middle of the screen, click on “Add Membership”
- Enter the membership number you want to add.
- They should now be able to see both memberships.
From the mobile app:
- Sign into the mobile app
- Click on “Digital Banking Settings”
- Click on the tab that says “Membership Settings”
- Click on + Add an Existing Membership
- Enter in the membership number you want to add
- They should now be able to see both memberships
